• If the rental is not possible due to COVID, a voucher of the total amount of the reservation is given to be used in another rental, by you or someone you know.
• If the client, for personal reasons, wants to cancel the reservation we have the following options:
a) cancellations up to 30 days before the start of the rental: the amount of the reservation is fully paid as a balance for a future reservation.
b) cancellations up to 15 days before the start of the rental: 50% of the reservation amount is the balance for a future reservation.
c) cancellations after 15 days before the start of the rental: the value of the reserve is lost.
