This trip has it all: ancient sites, arid landscapes, terrific regional food and the characteristic music of the region – flamenco. There are almost too many things to see: the top of the hill – Pueblo Blanco and Ronda, with its beautiful bullring and a spectacular bridge over the gorge that separates the two halves of the community; Seville, with its 16th century Gothic cathedral, Giralda – an Islamic minaret – and also Alcázar, a 14th century palace; the great mosque of Córdoba, and finally, the Alhambra, in Granada, with its extraordinary palace and gardens. In addition to all this, the road is also spectacular. The route winds through the hills towards Ronda and goes to Seville, the dusty scenery of this semi-desert is truly beautiful and unforgettable, also passing through some of the roads on the Mediterranean coast.
